We are pleased to offer a trauma sensitive yoga and meditation program for mental health and well-being. The 6 week program also features an initial one-on-one with Tabatha. Specifically designed for clients suffering with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma, the program combines both meditation and subtle yoga poses.
This class is likely to be quite different from any yoga class you've attended. In each session you are invited to explore gentle movement, breath awareness and meditation. I consider the needs of the individual body, mind and spirit, whether in a group class or an individual session. You are genuinely encouraged to make the practice your own and to tune into your bodies' wisdom. We will work together to heal and soothe your nervous system and align your breath, body and spirit.
