We are pleased to offer a trauma sensitive yoga program for mental health and well-being. The 6 week program also features an initial one-on-one with Tabatha. Specifically designed for clients suffering with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma, the program combines both meditation and subtle yoga poses. Restorative yoga is a gentle form of exercise and relaxation aimed to soothe the nervous system and increase calmness both mentally and physically.
This class is likely to be quite different from any yoga class you've attended. In each session you are invited to explore gentle movement, breath awareness and meditation. I consider the needs of the individual body, mind and spirit, whether in a group class or an individual session. You are genuinely encouraged to make the practice your own and to tune into your bodies' wisdom. We will work together to soothe your nervous system and align your breath, body and spirit.
