Wednesday, April 1, 2020 — Wednesday, May 6, 2020Wed, Apr 1, 2020 — Wed, May 6, 2020

Living Yoga Sanga, First floor, 63 Stuart Street, Mullumbimby

6 Week Program | Wednesday Evenings | April 2020

“Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve.” Earl Grollman

We will be learning, in the face of a death, to explore the intense feelings of grief and loss. The pain, guilt and disorientation it leaves is often very challenging. In this 6 week group we will address these issues in a supportive and gentle way. You will be inspired and guided in ways to work with these issues and explore the deeper meanings.

When: 6 Wednesday evenings from 1st April until 6th May 6.30 - 8.30pm Cost: $300 for 6 week programme Location: Living Yoga Sanga Suite 1, 1/63 Stuart Street, Mullumbimby

Lois Worlidge (Moti) BA(Psych), GDipGriefPallCounsel, MSW(ProfQual) has worked for the last 5 years as a part of the Palliative Care team at Robina Hospital as a Palliative care social worker.
