The deepest meaning of Yoga is Oneness. Yoga practice is the reminder. You are already perfect and whole as you are. When we open our bodies and calm our minds and emotions through the different practices of yoga we discover that stillness is always there. It just seems elusive in the busyness of everyday life.
In this Open Yoga 6-week Course, Rachel will be teaching a style of yoga called इष्टम् ISHTAM. ISHTAM combines asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra and mantra with a foundation in the healing science of Ayurveda and the philosophy of Vedanta to support you to remember yourself not just on the mat but in your everyday life. ISHTAM is the final resolution of yoga. Your SELF
The Course is open to all levels, ages and abilities and each class will explore different sequences and practices. Make a commitment to yourself and come consistently to experience the nourishing benefits that a regular practice offers.
