"Deep Peace Immersion with Shivallah felt like a rejuvenation for my meditation practice. He is a transmitter of Deep Peace with an Oceanic Presence. When I returned home that evening, I again immersed myself in this silence. I look forward to attending this series."

The deepest meaning of Yoga is Oneness. Yoga practice is the reminder. You are already perfect and whole as you are. Light On Self 2023- Atma Vidya with John Weddepohl: 7 week Course

Light On Self 2023- Atma Vidya with John Weddepohl: 7 week Course

Sunday, February 5 @ 5:00PMSun, Feb 5 @ 5:00PM

Private location, Mullumbimby

This course will be promoted again at another date. Expressions of interest are welcome.

In this dynamic series of lectures, John Weddepohl (Siddhartan Dharmadeep) takes us on a journey of revelation to the ultimate understanding and explosion of the unquestionable pure Self. Drawing on the revelatory knowledge of each session, as we let go our false notions of self, an inexplicable joy erupts as the timeless beauty of what is unquestionably present is revealed. As we revel in the understanding and completeness of the vision, seeing the ocean of joy and brilliance of ones original life’s purpose shine forth, what mystifies and stupefies us most is; How did I not see it myself in the first place! Since man first questioned and contemplated his existence, the author-less teaching of ATMA VIDYA आत्मा विद्या (Self-Knowledge) has given him the answer. Answering the one thing unquestionable: ourselves, after getting lost in taboo and secrecy, rescued from orthodoxy, the modern revival of Self-knowledge in English, has brought the core teaching of the veda/upanishads back to life. Culminating in a final interactive session dedicated to Q&A students can verify and clarify any doubts they may still have.

“Sitting with my Master, a PhD in English for 7 years in Tiruvanamalai (2004-2011) mandated to teach, encouraged by the response, I have been travelling and sharing ever since.” – John Weddepohl

Siddha Kriya Pranayama for Men: 6 week course with John Weddepohl

Siddha Kriya Pranayama for Men: 6 week course with John Weddepohl

Monday, January 30 @ 7:00AMMon, Jan 30 @ 7:00AM

Living Yoga Sanga, First floor, 63 Stuart Street, Mullumbimby

This course will be promoted again at another date. Expressions of interest are welcome.

Calling on experienced yogis who want to learn the Siddha Method of breathing and meditation and develop their core stamina, vitality and power. John Weddepohl – Siddharthan Dharmadeep – is a Siddha Kriya practitioner who is the appointed representative of the Bhoganathar Pulipani Siddha Parampei, a tradition which traces itself directly back to Aghustya and SHIVA. Having practiced for the past 54 years he is looking forward to enrolling students in a unique yoga program to explore the effects of Siddha Kriya Pranayama. Here are a few stipulations: first, applicants should be able to sit comfortably in SIDDHASANA (or on a tennis ball!) and have a routine yoga practice.

Here is a message from John on why these postures are important.

We are going to explore the body’s ability to draw on and expand Ojas and learn how to manage Swara, the flow of Sun Moon energy and develop Prana Shakti, energy stamina and vitality in the body.

During lockdown, I went off and explored these practices on my Ashram in the hills of the Garden Route on the coastline in South Africa. What I discovered is beyond our current comprehension and understanding. If you want to have fun with your body and explore its limitless power and potential, come and join me and learn what is truly possible in yoga and explore your own personal capabilities. This is a rocket ship. Not just an asana practice. Instead, if you have been preparing your body through asana to step into next-level pranayama and feel energetically ready to be guided by an experienced teacher and practitioner, this is the launchpad.

Yoga Renew: A Five Mornings Workshop with Kristen Boddington

Yoga Renew: A Five Mornings Workshop with Kristen Boddington

Monday, January 23 @ 7:00AMMon, Jan 23 @ 7:00AM

Living Yoga Sanga, First floor, 63 Stuart Street, Mullumbimby

Are you ready for 2023?

If you're feeling a legacy of stress from 2022's escalating world events, feeling overwhelmed by what's on your agenda or feeling the need for space and clarity; this workshop may be just what you're looking for. This is an invitation to take that time to courageously and consciously remap yourself into the year of 2023. Feel your life naturally unfolding, becoming a match to who you are becoming and unearth more vitality, creativity, compassion, relational intelligence, and inspiration in the process.

Y O G A . R E N E W - 5 DAY WORKSHOP with Kristen Boddington Monday 23rd - Friday 27th January. 5 x 90 minute sessions. 7 - 8.30am AEST Sydney, Australia

Let's dive into yoga practices to meet ourselves, in our truth, what we wish to put our energy, time, and attention towards. Traversing the shaky and unpredictable terrain we leave behind of 2022 is no small feat. Our mind and bodies hold the patterns, imprints and contract-ions of these old emotions and stories. Through grounded and specific asana we can support and uncover what needs to be addressed. It’s important to acknowledge here what was cleansed and released as this brings space and creates a new clarity to redefine who we are now; tend to our healing; discover what uncertainty may feel like if we let go of anxiety and fear of the future; and what brings us joy and inspires us now.

Each day we’ll 💛 BE with what is,

💛 Choose a FOCUS,

💛 Prime with BREATH,

💛 Unfold through ASANA,

💛 Delve into EXPERIENTIALS,

💛 Take time to rest in SILENCE

Monday 23rd - Wednesday 27th January. 5 x 90 minute sessions. 7 - 8.30am AEST Sydney, Australia FULL INVESTMENT Non refundable $210. https://studiobookingsonline.com/livingyogasanga/store.html

The workshop is an in-studio and online zoom series of 5 classes. Attending online : Check your timezone before you book, get your Zoom link on booking. Make sure you put a reminder on your calendar!

ABOUT : Kristen is a yoga practitioner with over 30 years of experience leading retreats, mentoring, workshops and facilitated self practice in small groups both online and in person. As an authentic modern day yogini, her love and devotion show up in her practice and are experienced through her teachings. She is fully committed to serving her students from within their present being to their evolving potential, aligning with the true teachings of the yogic traditions.

Monday 23rd - Wednesday 27th January. 5 x 90 minute sessions. 7 - 8.30am AEST Sydney, Australia. FULL INVESTMENT Non refundable $210.
