For in Studio classes and sessions: remember it's important to look after yourself and those around you with the possible spread of the covid-19 virus. So if you are coming down with covid -19 type symptoms please stay home until you're well and ready to participate. If you have had the Covid-19 jab we ask you to attend online, re-schedule or practice at home for a LYS studio minimum of 2 weeks, or longer until any symptoms subside. Longer than 2 weeks may be requested by your teacher or practitioner. Please check in before booking.
