For in Studio classes and sessions : remember it's important to look after yourself and those around you. If you are coming down with covid -19 type symptoms please stay home until you're well and ready to participate or attend online. If you have had the Covid-19 jab we ask you to attend online, re-schedule or practice at home for a LYS studio minimum of 2 weeks, or longer until any symptoms subside. Longer than 2 weeks may be requested by your teacher or practitioner.
